We do delivery from door-to-door, worldwide by Air, and best of all it is FREE OF CHARGE!
For a peace of mind, you could upgrade to registered Air mail with a small amount of extra charge.
We strongly recommend Registered Air Mail for the added security of collecting the signature of addressee or their agent for packets within the postal system. Order can be traced on the Hong Kong POST website (and POST office of destination country), two weeks after the day of posting to a maximum of five months. Online tracking information on the delivery status of registered mail sent overseas is available for selective destinations. For those countries not in selective destinations, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong.
In comparison, the Standard Air Mail is less secured due to the nature of being un-insured. Due to the fact that Standard Air Mail is not tracked (No tracing number attached), we do not warrant orders without Registered Air Mail service included. Please bear in mind that Standard Air Mail is only suitable for order with smaller value/quantity item included. Vice versa, we would recommend you to choose for Registered Air Mail if you are placing a larger quantity or higher value order. Because shipping high value product in an Unregistered parcel is too tempting for thief to refuse, as a result it generally greatly reduce the chance of successfully delivery.

Should you have any problem or question about the products you received, we are happy to refund or exchange for you. You can simply return the item in full package to us at your cost. Under normal situation, refund will be issued in 2 days after successful verification of returned product.
