We provide worldwide air mail delivery handled by Hong Kong Post. Alternative shipping methods (Fedex, DHL, EMS..etc) can be arranged via Special order.
When you check out your shopping cart, you are given options of shipping method:

• Standard Air Mail - FREE OF CHARGE
• Registered Air Mail - only USD$2 per order
• FREE Registered Air Mail - You may enjoy free registered air mail service for orders over USD$20

I have placed my order, what next?

First, you will notice a new email has arrived in your box mail right after you successfully placed your order. You order detail is included in the email for your reference.

As soon as our operational staffs receive and acknowledge your order, you will receive another email with update of your order status. This procedure usually take less than 15 minutes (after you receiving your first email) within our business hour.

Next, You will receive the final email to confirm your order has been sent off for worldwide delivery after we have finished packaging and matching your order against the actual items in the parcel by our inspectors.

We ship our products in 2-3 days. And according to estimation quoted by HK POST office's , it usually takes 12-18 days for delivery. So you could expect to received your order in 15 to 21 days. However the time required varies with your location and country customs clearance policy.

Parcel Packaging and Information

Explanation of labels 1. Name of Recipient and Address as your provided. 2. Order Number/Barcode for your warehousing purpose, if your need to forward or identify multiple parcels without opening them. 3. QC approval - your order went through several stages of quality control and ensure you are getting exactly what you ordered. Also this could help us to effectively resolve issue should you have any questions and problems. 4. Basic content information regarding to your order for customs declaration purpose. 5. Registered mail label, POST authorities use it to track your order if you have purchased this service along with your order. The tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched to POST office, so you could track down your parcel on the official website.

Mailing Address To ensure you order will be delivered in timely manner, a proper address matters. May we suggest you to double check the mailing address to ensure it is correct and non-ambiguous. If a parcel is returned due to the above reason, the delivery time is greatly increased due to extra overhead and re-delivery process.

Customs Clearance If you wonder certain type of item might not pass the customs clearance of your country, Please kindly confirm with your local authority to find out what are prohibited to be imported.
